Practice Policy
Before joining our practice please read through a few of our policies inorder that you know we are a right fit for you....

.Please be aware of our Opening and Closing times.
​
.We encourage our clients to contact us by telephone or appointment in order for queries to be dealt with promptly.
​
-Our Medical Secretaries will be able to assist you quickly, otherwise a message can be taken for Dr Bobart to return your call at the end of her clinic ( 2 pm)
We DONOT provide Telephone consultations unless this has been discussed with us first.
​
.We endeavour to provide the best medical care for our clients and DONOT reissue prescriptions if we have not seen our clients for sometime.
​
.You will be encouraged to attend for a Medication Review every six months.
​
.We DO NOT prescribe any medication repeatedly that may have an ADDICTIVE potential.
​
.We will not tolerate any clients that are aggressive, rude or demanding to any member of staff. This is to protect our staff and clients so that they feel safe in our clinic. Please be patient.
​
.We operate an appointment system. These appointments are timed every 12 -15 minutes. If you feel you may need longer, please book an additional appointment or 2 separate appointments. Your issues are important to us and we should not be rushing through a list in 12 - 15 minutes. This ultimately will lead to the most important issues being rushed.
​
If you repeatedly DNA or cancel appointments within 12- 24 hours, a charge will be allocated to your account.
Each day we have a waiting list of patients that need to be seen and we are unable to provide them with an appointment unless you give us adequate time to reschedule .
Otherwise you may be asked to seek an alternative practice.
